Joseph Krawczyk and Mary Ellen Kozak have owned and operated Field and Forest Products\, inc. since its inception since 1983. What originally began as a combined endeavor of small fruit ('Field') and mushroom ('Forest\\") production quickly became a lifelong adventure in the production of mushroom spawn and fresh mushroom cultivation.
